Services

We provide business consulting, website development, branding, and marketing services as described in your signed proposal. Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined per engagement.

Payment

Invoices are due on receipt unless otherwise agreed. Third-party costs (ad spend, subscriptions, print runs) are billed at cost and paid directly to vendors where applicable.

Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you transfer to you. Templates, SOPs, and systems we license remain our property.

Liability

Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We make no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes.
